1) What this policy covers

This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it on Android, including data processed on your device, data collected by SDK partners (e.g., Google Mobile Ads/AdMob), and data you share with us when contacting support. A. Data you provide directly

  • Support emails: If you email us, we’ll process your email address and the message content to respond and maintain records for troubleshooting and compliance.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request personal info in-app.

B. Data collected automatically by SDKs/platforms

To serve and measure ads, secure the service, and keep things working, SDKs may collect or receive:

  • Device & app info: device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address.
  • Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID (or its successor).
  • Approximate location: typically inferred from IP (used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention).
  • Ad events/diagnostics: ad impressions/clicks, basic performance metrics.

No in-app purchases at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

D. Data we do not collect

We do not request or access contacts, photos, precise (GPS) location, microphone, or SMS. Gameplay is local; there’s no account system or cloud save.

4) Purposes & legal bases

  • Provide and operate the app (core gameplay, performance, integrity). Legitimate interests.
  • Ads & measurement (serve ads, cap frequency, combat fraud, measure performance):

6) Retention

Consent & ad preferences

  • EEA/UK/CH: On first run, we display a consent dialog (Google UMP, a TCF-certified CMP) for personalized vs non-personalized ads.
  • Everywhere:
    • Reset or delete your Advertising ID and limit ad personalization in Android Settings.
    • Manage Google ad personalization in your Google account where available.

Access/Erasure/Objection

Email [email protected] with subject “Privacy Request – Tres en Raya”. We’ll verify requests and honor applicable rights (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR). You may also complain to your local data authority.

California (CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalized ads may be considered “sale”/“share.” Opt out by choosing Non-personalized ads in Privacy Options and/or using device settings; or email us with “CPRA Opt-out”.

8) Children

The app targets a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13. If we learn a child provided personal data, we’ll delete it. If your audience includes children on a given device, we serve non-personalized ads where applicable and comply with Play’s families rules.

9) International transfers

We are UK-based and use providers that may process data globally (e.g., the EU/US). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative/technical measures. Network data exchanged with partners uses encryption in transit. No method is 100% secure.

11) Changes

We’ll update this policy if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective date and, where required, in-app notice.
