He further emphasized that they both share the responsibility of raising their children.
Notably, their prenuptial agreement has been mentioned in the filing, and Jonas has requested the court to uphold it. Sky News has reached out to representatives for both Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for comments on the situation.
While Joe Jonas is currently on a tour across the United States with his brothers as part of the Jonas Brothers group, Sophie Turner, renowned for her role as Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, is reportedly filming in the United Kingdom. Rumors of trouble in their marriage began circulating over the weekend when TMZ reported that Joe Jonas was considering hiring divorce lawyers.
In recent weeks, he has been spotted without his wedding ring; however, he was seen wearing it during his performance in Austin, Texas, over the weekend. The couple has been seen supporting each other, with Turner attending the Jonas Brothers' opening show in New York last month.
