Indiana Police Officer Pleads Guilty in Pedestrian Collision Case

A Fort Wayne police officer, Sgt. Joshua Hartup, has pleaded guilty to a serious traffic offense related to a tragic incident involving a pedestrian. The officer's vehicle struck Henry Najdeski, a local attorney, while he was crossing the road on April 19. Tragically, Najdeski succumbed to his injuries three days later.
