The heated exchange involved 64-year-old Elizar Ravelo, who was upset about the cost of his order. The restaurant manager attempted to defuse the situation, expressing dissatisfaction with Ravelo's treatment of the employees and warning that continued misconduct would result in his banishment from the restaurant.

Despite this warning, the disgruntled customer persisted, launching a verbal assault and even threatening to throw coffee at the manager. In the footage, seconds later, the employee handed Ravelo his food order along with a steaming cup of coffee.
