He praised Slater as the best pro, an excellent teacher, communicator, and choreographer, all while sharing his competitive spirit. He enthusiastically declared, "We’re just gonna go crush it and we’re gonna create magic."

Some of the pros were equally thrilled about their celebrity pairings for the upcoming season, premiering on Tuesday, September 26. Daniella Karagach couldn't contain her excitement about dancing with Jason Mraz. She and her husband, Pasha Pashkov, were big fans of the Grammy winner's music, making her partnership even more thrilling. Karagach jokingly remarked that Pashkov was even more excited than her.

Jason Mraz himself noted that Karagach's "new mom energy" helped him learn how to dance effectively, highlighting her no-nonsense teaching approach. Despite his initial jealousy over his wife's partner, Pashkov expressed his excitement about dancing alongside Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, particularly after her highly publicized breakup with Tom Sandoval.
