David Lettieri, presently imprisoned at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, is claiming that Four-In-One, a condiment company, hasn't provided enough nutritional information on their mustard packets. He insists there's not enough clarity about calories and carbohydrates. Lettieri, who's requesting $450,000 in damages, is representing himself in this case.

Lettieri's legal situation stems from a serious charge – enticement of a minor. He was arrested in 2020 for attempting to meet a 13-year-old for inappropriate reasons, a crime that could result in a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years.

The heart of Lettieri's lawsuit lies in his dissatisfaction with the "Salad Fresh Four In One Mustard" ingredients list. He points out that while the packet lists ingredients like mustard seed, salt, and spices, the terms "spices" and "flavoring" lack clarity. He even admits to not understanding what turmeric is. His complaint argues that customers should have access to detailed nutritional facts, especially concerning carbohydrates and calories.

Despite Lettieri's legal battles, Four-In-One Inc. representatives haven't responded to requests for comments on the matter.
