24-Year-Old Woman Charged in Fatal June Shooting in Indianapolis Entertainment District

A tragic incident in an Indianapolis entertainment district has led to the arrest of a 24-year-old woman, Kara Hinds. The charges against her are grave, including two counts of murder, one count of reckless homicide, two counts of battery, and a criminal recklessness charge. The shooting claimed the lives of three young individuals: 24-year-old Tywain Henning, 22-year-old Christopher Lee Wilson Jr., and 22-year-old Kaleyia Preer. A fourth person was also injured but fortunately survived the ordeal.

A probable cause affidavit reveals that a witness, who identified Hinds as the shooter, disclosed that an altercation preceded the tragic event.
