Two Arrested After Woman Falls from Norwich Flat

A woman in her 40s sustained serious injuries after falling from a first-floor flat in Norwich, leading to the arrest of a man in his 50s and a woman in her 40s on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm (GBH).

Norfolk Constabulary responded to a distress call at Johnson Place around 9:45 am on Sunday, September 10. The victim, a woman in her 40s, suffered severe injuries from the fall and was promptly transported to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, where she is currently in stable condition.

Following the incident, the female suspect was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for further investigation, while the man was transported to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre, both placed on police bail as the investigation unfolds.
