In a heart-wrenching incident that unfolded in Liverpool’s Mossley Hill district, a married couple’s fateful encounter with a deep flood trapped them inside their Mercedes, leading to a devastating loss. The incident, occurring around 9 PM on Saturday, witnessed firefighters and police rush to the scene, working tirelessly to rescue the couple. Despite their efforts, the couple, identified as Philip and Elaine Marco, could not be revived and tragically lost their lives.
