Texas Man Arrested for Assaulting Two, Threatening Deputies

A Texas man found himself in hot water recently after allegedly assaulting two individuals and making threats against deputies in Harris County, according to law enforcement officials.

Jeremy Gilmore, a 43-year-old resident, is facing charges that include two counts of assault on a peace officer, injury to a disabled person, and general assault.

The incident unfolded when Harris County constables responded to a disturbance call in the 10500 block of Willow Park View.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Gilmore had reportedly physically attacked a disabled person and a woman during a heated verbal exchange.

In the course of attempting to detain Gilmore, he actively resisted arrest by using physical force, including kicking, pushing, and even spitting at the deputies, as stated by officials.

Following a brief struggle, deputies successfully took the suspect into custody. However, the situation escalated when Gilmore proceeded to threaten the lives of the responding deputies.

As a result of these actions, Jeremy Gilmore was subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail, where his bond was set at $100,000.
