Philadelphia motorcyclist arrested after kicking in woman’s car windshield during road rage assault, cops say

Motorcyclist Arrested for Smashing Windshield with Children Inside

A motorcyclist in Philadelphia found himself in hot water recently when he was caught on video smashing a woman’s car windshield with two children inside. Philadelphia authorities wasted no time and made an arrest in this case of aggravated assault and vandalism.

Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore took to social media to announce the arrest, crediting the public for their tips and the detectives for their diligent work. More details about the suspect and the arrest will follow.

The incident unfolded around 9 p.m. on a Sunday evening in the 1400 block of South Penn Square, right in the heart of the City Center. This was when a group of ATV and dirt bike riders descended upon the area near City Hall.

During a stop at a red light, things took a turn for the worse. The driver of an ATV and the driver of a red sedan got into a heated argument. Video footage reveals the suspect, who was right behind the ATV, dismounting his motorcycle and leaping onto the back of the woman’s car, delivering a powerful kick to her rear windshield.

As if that weren’t enough, when the woman confronted him, the suspect reached for a black handgun that had slipped from his waist and pointed it menacingly at her.

While walking back to his motorcycle, the suspect decided to throw in a headbutt and a shove for good measure. It was a pretty unpleasant encounter.

The victim, Nikki Bullock, shared her harrowing experience, recounting how she was delivering Uber Eats orders with a friend in the front seats and two children in the back. Her vehicle was sideswiped by the suspect, leading to a heated exchange between her and the motorcyclist and an ATV driver.

“We were arguing back and forth because he hit the car, so after that his friend in front of me, he was arguing with me and while I’m arguing with his friend, he jumped off the bike, jumped on the back of the car, and kicked the windshield in,” Bullock revealed.

Thankfully, the passengers and the children in Bullock’s car emerged from the incident unscathed.

The police have identified the suspect and are seeking charges related to aggravated assault and vandalism. The streets of Philadelphia can be unpredictable, but they are no place for reckless acts like this.
