According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the 17-year-old suspect, identified as a Black male, entered the Wells Fargo located on West Waters Avenue in Tampa, Florida, around 2:15 p.m. that day.

Once inside, the teenager approached a bank teller and handed over a note. The note demanded money and claimed that the suspect possessed a firearm.
