In a series of events over the years, figures like Hannah Ferrier, Peter Hunziker, and Shane Coopersmith found themselves removed from their positions for various reasons.
During Season 5 of Below Deck Mediterranean in 2020, Hannah faced termination after being caught with Valium on the ship. Just two months before that, Peter’s comments during the Black Lives Matter protests led to his departure from the Bravo team.
Shane’s journey took a different route on Below Deck’s Season 8. His poor performance on the yacht led Captain Lee Rosbach to make a tough decision. “Unfortunately, the time has come for us to part company,” the captain conveyed during a December 2020 episode. “You’re just not getting it done for me.”
