Fatal Collision Involving Greyhound Bus Leaves One Dead and Multiple Injured

Early Thursday morning, a tragic accident occurred on a Maryland interstate as a Greyhound bus collided with another vehicle, resulting in the loss of one life and injuries to over a dozen bus passengers, according to authorities.

The incident took place on Route 32 near I-95 around 3:24 a.m., involving a Greyhound bus carrying 38 passengers. The collision occurred with a Buick Enclave, resulting in the death of the Buick’s male driver. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene by officials.

A total of 17 passengers from the Greyhound bus were rushed to nearby hospitals due to various injuries sustained during the collision. The bus driver also required medical attention, although none of the injuries were life-threatening.

The Greyhound bus was traveling in the eastbound lanes of Route 32 when it collided with the SUV, which was wrongly driving westbound in the eastbound lanes, as reported by Howard County police.

Investigation Underway

Following the tragic incident, Route 32 eastbound was temporarily closed at I-95. While Fox News Digital attempted to gather more details from both Greyhound and the Howard County Police Department, no immediate response was received.
