Daniel Khalife cops probe if prison guard helped ‘terrorist’ escape – as it’s revealed he may have burns on his face

Escapee Terror Suspect: Did a Prison Guard Help?

London, September 9, 2023 – The daring escape of terror suspect Daniel Khalife from HMP Wandsworth has sparked a deep investigation into whether he received inside help, as revealed by Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley.

Khalife, aged 21, mysteriously disappeared from prison last Wednesday. Sir Mark Rowley described the incident as a “clearly pre-planned” escape, raising concerns that it may have been an “inside job.”

Speaking to LBC, Sir Mark questioned, “Did anyone inside the prison help him? Other prisoners, guard staff? Was he helped by people outside the walls or was it simply all of his own creation?”

Khalife’s escape reportedly involved hiding under a food delivery truck while working in the prison kitchen, making a break for it in a chef’s uniform. He may have used makeshift straps to attach himself to the truck as it exited the facility.

Pharmacists have been alerted to be vigilant in case Khalife seeks treatment for potential burns on his face, sustained during his escape.

A massive manhunt is underway, with heightened security measures at UK airports and ports. Additionally, police have sealed off entrances to Richmond Park in South West London, approximately two miles from where Khalife made his escape.

The extensive police activity in Richmond Park is directly connected to the ongoing hunt for Khalife, a source has confirmed.
