Burglar Caught on Camera Stealing Cellphones in Maryland Storefront
In a daring pre-dawn act of theft, a burglar was captured on surveillance cameras breaking into a T-Mobile store in Silver Spring, Maryland. The incident took place on September 28, at around 2 a.m., as reported by the Montgomery County Police Department.
The surveillance footage revealed the unidentified burglar using an object to shatter the store’s glass window. Once inside, the thief swiftly targeted the phone displays, smashing them and making off with the stolen merchandise.
Upon reviewing the footage, law enforcement managed to provide a basic description of the suspect. The individual is of unknown race and gender, sporting a black sling bag, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
To aid in the apprehension of this suspect, authorities are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that leads to their arrest.
