Al Pacino’s Girlfriend Seeks Physical Custody of Infant Son
In a recent development, Al Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, has filed for physical custody of their infant son, Roman, just a few months after his birth, as reported by US media outlets.
The celebrated 83-year-old Oscar-winning actor welcomed his son, Roman, with 29-year-old Noor Alfallah in June, shortly after publicly confirming her pregnancy.
According to court documents that have come to light, Alfallah is seeking physical custody of Roman while requesting that Pacino be granted “reasonable visitation” rights. She has also asked for joint legal custody, which would give Al Pacino a say in important matters concerning their son, such as education, religion, and medical treatment, as per Entertainment Tonight reports.
Despite these legal actions, Pacino’s representative has clarified that the couple remains together and is successfully cooperating in the best interests of their child. The representative stated, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman.”
As part of the filing, Alfallah reportedly submitted a voluntary declaration of parentage, which both she and Pacino signed just six days after Roman’s birth. This document officially acknowledges Pacino as the father.
Alfallah and Pacino are said to have started dating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Al Pacino is a father to his 33-year-old daughter, Julie Marie, with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and also twins Anton and Olivia, who are 22 years old, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
Notably, Alfallah has worked as a producer on two films currently in post-production, one of which stars Al Pacino himself, according to her IMDB page. There have also been rumors of her previous relationship with Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger.
