Maryland Police Officer Faces Second Alleged Tryst in Patrol Car
In the latest twist in an ongoing saga, a second video has emerged, allegedly depicting Maryland police officer Francesco Marlett involved in another intimate encounter within the confines of his patrol car. Marlett, a married man with children, was recently suspended from his duties at the Prince George’s County Police Department after a viral video showed him sharing a passionate moment with a woman before they retreated to the back seat of his patrol vehicle for approximately 40 minutes.
This newly surfaced video, also shared on TikTok, showcases a woman approaching a marked police vehicle before hastily returning to her own car to retrieve something. Subsequently, she is seen sprinting back to the police car and entering the backseat.
While the short video does not reveal Marlett’s presence, the New York Post reported that the officer is believed to have been waiting inside the vehicle for the woman, presumed to be Virginia Pinto.
The Prince George’s County Police Department has acknowledged the existence of two videos featuring Officer Marlett and “an adult female.” In a Facebook post, the department stated that upon becoming aware of the initial video, they promptly initiated an investigation and suspended Marlett’s police powers.
At this time, the police department has not responded to Fox News Digital’s request to confirm whether the second video circulating on social media aligns with the one mentioned in their press release.
Earlier this week, Marlett and Pinto gained notoriety when an individual recorded them engaging in affectionate behavior at a public park during Labor Day weekend. The person behind the viral video, identified only as Nelson O, shared that the incident occurred around 7 p.m. at Carson Park in Oxon Hill. Nelson claimed to have noticed the officer acting “suspicious” while at the park with family members.
In a Facebook post, Paula Marlett, the woman identifying herself as the officer’s wife, publicly named Virginia Pinto as her husband’s mistress and expressed her anguish over the situation. Paula called for support and respect from the community while declaring her intention to refrain from further updates on the matter. She also alleged that her husband had been unfaithful to her “for years.”
In response, Virginia Pinto exclusively spoke to the New York Post, asserting that the viral video did not depict a one-night stand but rather a relationship that had been ongoing for about two years. She emphasized the importance of understanding that this was not a casual encounter and acknowledged that the situation appeared unfavorable due to Marlett’s profession as a police officer.
The ongoing investigation by the police department’s Internal Affairs Division seeks to interview all parties involved. Chief Malik Aziz expressed his commitment to upholding the agency’s integrity and the conduct of its officers, vowing to take the matter seriously.
Following the Internal Affairs Division’s inquiry, an administrative charging committee will recommend to Chief Aziz whether Marlett should face disciplinary action.
