Sickening messages sent to a 14-year-old boy who was allegedly groomed and raped by a Queens middle school teacher more than double his age have surfaced in the wake of her arrest.
Melissa Rockensies is charged with rape, criminal sexual act and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17-years-old.
The teen, who did not want to be identified, told the New York Post that Rockensies began grooming him shortly after she began filling in as an educator at his school last year.
He claims that the mother of three began messaging him on Instagram, sending a slew of lewd messages including one that allegedly said ‘I’ll be moaning for you all day.’
The 14-yearold who was a student at the Corona Arts and Sciences Academy told the outlet that he felt like Rockensies had ‘taken advantage of him because of his age.’
Melissa Rockensies who is charged with the rape of a 14-year-old has now been accused by the alleged victim of grooming him and sending sickening messages
He said their communication started after he’d started emailing her over a problem with another kid at the school and that he’d felt ‘comfortable with her.’
‘I was vulnerable with her. I’m smart but I don’t make good decisions. I work off of impulse. If someone says let’s go do something I’d say all right let’s go do it,’ he said.
Over the course of almost a year the victim claims that she sent the depraved messaged in between taking care of her children.
In a text exchange obtained by the New York Post, the teen claimed Rockensies allegedly wrote: ‘You’re gonna be lucky once I put this kid to sleep.’
In another text seen by the outlet, Rockensies allegedly wrote: ‘I want you so bad and now I gotta go read kids books like …wtf.’
She also allegedly wrote to the boy: ‘Study up on your technique and I’ll be moaning for you all day and all night daddyy’ and ‘I wanna be able to kiss those lips of yours.’
In September after allegedly exchanging hundreds of emails the pair began messaging on Instagram with Rockensies eventually suggesting to meet up in person the teen claimed.
He told the outlet that the pair went for a walk in the park after she went to the supermarket where she’s been accused of hugging the boy ‘really close’ and then asking to ‘kiss him.’
‘This came out of nowhere. I wasn’t expecting it because she said she has a husband and stuff. I felt weird like I had to hug her back. I hugged her. I kissed her. That’s how it started.’
Rockensies (pictured with husband William) was arrested and accused of engaging the teen in ‘sexually related’ conversations online from July 2022 before meeting up with the pupil in her car
A probe into their relationship by police discovered that Rockensies discussed the abuse on Instagram
The alleged sexual abuse continued until late May, or early June the teen claimed and would typically take place in her car before and after school its been alleged.
‘She’d tell me where to go to meet her, where the car is parked,’ he claimed and said that she tried to meet him every day except Wednesday, when ‘she had to watch the kids.’
‘Every time we’d meet up, we’d have sex,’ he claims adding that she would allegedly give him gifts like money and nicotine devices.
‘Most of the time she [gave] me money. The most she ever gave me was $500,’ he said.
Last month, the teacher claimed that the teen had been threatening to ‘extort’ her and accused him of saying that he’d ‘shoot her and her kids’ if she didn’t pay him $5,000. It is unclear if Rockensies revealed why the pupil was blackmailing her.
The student has rebuffed these allegations saying that he’d been banned from Instagram after skipping summer school and someone else had been messaging her from his account.
After the threats were reported, the teen said he went to authorities and showed them their explicit messages – the teen’s grandmother told the New York Post that she was ‘disgusted by the abuse.’
‘They are making him out to be the monster and he is not. The victim is my grandson,’ she said, noting that she planned on getting him into counseling.
‘He is a minor. She is old enough to know better.’
After Rockensies arrest her husband, William, defended the 33-year-old who he claims is ‘innocent.’
The couple were seen leaving their home in Massapequa together on Wednesday, following her arraignment hearing in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday.
Both remained silent as they got into their vehicle to leave their home, after Rockensies was seen taking a baby into the property.
She was a dean and teacher at the school at the time of the allegations, and has pleaded not guilty to rape in the second and third degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
Speaking to the New York Post her husband said: ‘My wife is innocent. She’s the mother of three kids. She loves them very much.
‘She’s been a big part of the community at her school. We all support her. We’re saying she’s innocent. I won’t elaborate any further why.’
Judge Anthony Battisti ordered the defendant to return to court on November 24, with the teacher facing up to seven years in prison if convicted. She was released without bail.

The teacher reportedly earned around $85,000 last year, with a Department of Education spokeswoman confirming that Rockensies is no longer working at the school
District Attorney Melinda Katz said: ‘These disturbing allegations represent an abuse of authority and a betrayal of the trust students and parents place in their schools.
‘On behalf of the victim and his family, and the overwhelming majority of teachers committed to the education and well-being of our children, we will seek to achieve justice in this case.’
Rockensies was previously the dean of Leadership and Student Support at the middle school, and attended several of the education facilities events with parents and students.
Social media posts worryingly show her posting about helping children understand ‘consent’ from October last year.
It advised that children should not keep secrets from their family, as well as respecting their answer when they say ‘no’.
Authorities have not confirmed if the alleged rape took place on or off campus, with married Rockensies posting about how emotional she was to lose her Class of 2023 – referring to herself as a ‘proud school mom’.
The teacher reportedly earned around $85,000 last year, with a Department of Education spokeswoman confirming that Rockensies is no longer working at the school.
